Hello Everyone, I'm working in an IT company. In this lockdown period all the employees are working from home. But the CEO is forcing HR and account department employees to take leaves every alternate day. And these leaves will be deducted from employees' leave balance.
What can I do in this? Is this legit?

Same question. I feel considering current situation, companies are adjusting one thing or the other, some cut salaries and some ask for taking leaves.
Employees are just doing what has been asked, to save their job.
It's not legit but nothing much can be done, until we want to complain it to Labor commissioner.
