Sir, I am planning to start a manpower consultancy. Please guide me with step by step procedure. Partnership, Proprietorship and Limited company, which best for manpower consultancy.

Before you go for any registration pl.prepare the following documents:

First you decide whether you wish to do it as a Proprietorship firm or a Partnership. This is your decision, but a Partnership with due delegation of power to the Managing Partner is the ideal one.

If it's Proprietor's firm you need not register but when you run this as a "firm" on a exclusive firm with a "Name" then a registration with the Sub-Registrar can be obtained. As a Partnership firm same like this, but you should prepare a well defined 'Partnership Deed', type it on stamp paper for a value as per AP Stamp act, and get it attested by a Notary, then register with the Sub-Registrar who'll issue a Certificate of Registration assigning a Regn.No. for your firm. It can be LLP (Ltd. Liability Partnership firm also) .

If more partners then you can think of Private Ltd. Co. (under the Companies Act) by registering the firm with the Registrar of Companies in your area;

2. Obtaining Address proof - Aadhaar card (for self & partner) use Rent agreement, Electricity bill or Land Line telelphone No.showing the Name&address for this purpose;

3. Obtaining ID Proof - PAN card & TAN No.

4. Registration under Professional Tax Act;

5. Registration under the GST/to obtain TIN & authorisation for Digital signature/User ID & PW for issuing eWay Bills;

6. Obtain Registration under MSME Act & Labour Dept Certificate using above details.

7. If necessary Licence/Registration under Contract Labour R&A Act.
