Dear Industry peers, I have recently got selected in one MNC for a job. I'm about to join them in 2 days time.

During document submission part today I realized that in one course I put 66% marks in my resume whereas I actually got 67% and in one course I put 57% when I actually got 56%.

So in case of one course I put 1% less and in another course I put 1% more.

This was a mistake done by me unknowingly.

I never checked my percentage as such for the last 10 years. I probably made the education section of my CV 10 years back and I did that calculation mistake then. Since then I only keep on adding my working experiences whenever I change a job.

This was truly a mistake done by me unknowingly.

Since they are doing background verification will my candidature will be rejected for this?

Please suggest. I need urgent suggestions on what should I do.

Background verification will not impact because of this. This is a Human error, change is minor (1%)
You can inform this to your co. HR at the time of joining, I am sure they also don't bother much about this.

There is no problem at all.
Solution is very simple, Get back to your employer and inform them about the mistake .
They might ask you to fill a new BGV form. Thats it
