Can someone pls help me with the HR policy or any manual for the hiring of off roll employees?
I work with a construction having multiple heavy civil projects across India. For these projects we take construction workers on third party. Now, it has come to our notice that there is no proper framework or guidelines for hiring them. And thus, projects hire them on their own without basic check points. Also if someone can help with the ideas of cost optimisation for hiring these third party resources.
