Hello Everyone, We all are going through this tough time of COVID 19 world wide, which is resulting in financial and health economy losses. At the same time if we look at MICRO level for our human assets this is affecting the mental heath of all employees and creating a sense of Chaos. The time was critical for the year as annual appraisals and announcement of annual bonus is in line. let's have some constructive discussion on how and what best could be done in both interests. that is interest of organization and employees.

Bonus happend to be of last year. It needs to be paid. Annual appraisal depending on the last year profit and coming year business prospects, accordingly we have to take a call on annual increment.
The situation is so, employees are not looking for increment rather they are looking to be continued in employment
