I want to know which law should I take into consideration for making HR policies located in Maharashtra.
All 25 employees are on payroll.
The shop is registered under partnership act.
If anyone has a sample format of HR policies, request to please share.

You need to inform the nature of your business activity in Maharashtra ie is it manufacturing or commercial establishment?
HR policies are not prescribed under any Labour law but for framing the same, the relevant provisions under the applicable labour laws have to be taken into account.
