Hello members, Kindly help me out. In my notice period its mentioned 2 months only. So, now school is closed due to lockdown and summer vacations, I have given resignation on 10th April, but management is saying I have to serve 2 months NP , once the school reopen. I said in the offer letter its mentioned just 2 months, then it will start from immediate effect, but they are telling its not valid in vacations, i said its not mentioned in offer letter.
Kindly tell me HR rule for this.
