Hi all,
We are a startup company providing training to candidates on virtual reality and digital marketing. We have a lot of trainers for this. They are conducting classes for a specific period (3-4 sessions) for a batch of candidates. We seek your advice on creating a payment clause for these trainers regarding the payment. If they fail to complete all sessions, how can we create a clause for this? Please advise.

Dear Sarath Krishna,
If the trainers are conducting the training through virtual mode, then you could be monitoring their training. I don't think that there could be trainers who are abandoning their training midway and quitting. Nevertheless, if you have experienced that problem, then include this clause while issuing the Purchase Order (PO) to the trainer.
Thanks,
