FM announced that both employee & employer contribution to EPF for 3 months from March 2020 will be borne by Central Govt. subject to conditions.
Query related to establishments fulfilling these conditions:
1. Does the ceiling of Rs.15000 wages refer to gross wages or EPF Wages?
2. While filing ECR for March2020, we have to show the wages (Gross, EPF Wages, EPS Wages..). But do we show nil contribution?
3. What about administrative charges & DLI, are they payable as usual?
My above queries to EPFO by mail have not been replied. Helpline of EPFO is non-functional. Due to lockdown, cannot visit nearest EPFO
