Procedure for Learn from Home-
Reporting Manager to fill data in Learn from Home- Learning and development sheet on google drive share with them.
Team Member to register/apply for said training.
Share the calendar of Training Slot with HR and reporting manager.
Once training is completed share Training Action plan which should be SMART.
Submit the certificate of the course attendef with marksheet for HR to consider your attendence.
Payments for course s- almost all the courses shared via a link by us are free due to COVID19 and otherwise also however if you have to pay for certificate or registration max upto Rs. 500 will be paid from your salary and the same will be reimbursed to you post recipe of Mark sheet with minimum of 60% and more marks.
