Hi, Want to know if Form 15g is mandatory to apply PF withdrawal online. PF amount is from my employment from 2012-2016. I am current status is NRI. I recently applied for withdrawal but got rejected with error "PDF not opened resubmit the claim form".
Since online form requires only two file uploads - 1) Form 15g in pdf format & 2) snapshot of cancelled cheque in jpg format.
I am not clear what the error "PDF not opened resubmit the claim form" means. I can think of only form 15g not uploaded which is an optional upload.

Same problem i am facing during withdraw my PF money. 3 times submitted my claim but every time pf department stated that "Claim Rejected KINDLY REAPPLY UPLOADED DOCUMENT NOT OPEN".
Kindly help me on this matter as i need Money urgently.
