Respected All, My HO is in Singapore and they have only one office in Ludhiana, Punjab. Our office is in a Complex, due to curfew on 22.03.2020 the Landlord has taken consent of every office to keep office close on 23.02.2020. Now, my HO is demanding for a legal notice from Government in which it is mentioned that offices should remained close otherwise they will not consider it. from where I can get it. Please advise further.

No reasonable person would be able to understand the logic behind the head office of an MNC demanding legal notice, if any issued by one of the Government of the countries where it has its operations to close down the office premises for a day as a preventive measure against the spread of Covid-19 that is already on the surge across the globe.
The move of the Government of India to have a self-imposed curfew for 14 hours on 22nd March, 2020 is hailed invariably as a brilliant move to tackle the menace as the longevity of the particular virus is limited to 12 hours only in the absence of any human carrier.
What the GOI have made is only a National Call in an unpredictable medical emergency of international scale based on the moral responsibility of a Welfare State to protect all her citizens health and safety.
Convey this politely to your H.O at Singapore.

Every State Govt declared ''Lock-down" for cities & town. The Govt has also come out with notification(Department of Health) for this pandemic situation. The copy of the notification can be available from the office of your district Collector. You can ask the concerned person/official to see the condition by visiting your place and see the things. Is the person an alien? The world is shaking out of pandemic, and there are people play with situation.

My company want that as being Administrator i should make some format by which the improvements in the administration can be done like everybody ask for approval from Country Manager for finances, stays, food, hotel, their must be limitations in the expenses to cut down the cost and to maintain budget.
Right now we are having claim forms, online portal to post our attendance, leave forms, business forms but all are maintained from HO (Singapore). He is asking for my contribution at India office to make working more effective.
Please give valuable suggestions,
