I am kaushal have a confusion regarding badli labour/mandays that can we deduct esic for badli / mandays labour.if no then is it possible that any worker work in factory without esic registration. If he /she get hazardus then how he get treatment. and procedure also want to know
and same for casual labour can we deduct ESIC or P F only for 9 months is it possible.
