Dear Friends, I\'m a direct contract employee working with a LLP Company. I just want to know what should be the working hours of a contract employee and week off of a contract employee.

Dear Sunil,
The statutory service conditions like working hours, weekly off, leave benefits and holidays, minimum wages etc., applicable to the regular employees of the establishment equally apply to every fixed term contract employee employed therein.
