My previous employer refused to transfer my PF account to present account. I claimed in online process. It's.showing pending by previous employer....I alredy contact H.R... he refused to transfer.. i registered grievance to p.f.office... no use. What can do as nextstep?

You may try to link the previous account to the present one through present employer. If the system accepts it, there is no need of any previous employer's approval for transfer. I am not sure if the system rejects the online transfer with a remark that 'already transfer request initiated' because you have already initiated a transfer through previous employer. If so, you may lodge a complaint visiting the epfindia.gov.in or link :: EPFiGMS :: Register Grievance
