Hi all, How much is the minimum yearly increment percentage that an employer must give? Is there any kind of act that dictates the minimum percentage slab ? Thank you.

There is no act which dictates minimum amount of increment to an employee. It is purely for the management to decide the quantum of increment.
But for a smooth operation of business, it is suggested that the increment to be awarded shall be linked to the performance of employee in the job.
In order words, you may evolve suitable Performance Appraisal policy and performance reward policy and put it in place.

Hi, Increment / appraisal depend on your company profit and management approval. Normally It will be between 10-20% on CTC.
