May I know, what is the general increment structure in its annual appraisal across different grades of employment in a small IT company into providing ERP solutions.

Dear Friend,
Based on the survey the annual increment would be 6 to 8% of the fixed cost of a salary. It would be based on the performance of an individual and the organisation. If there are some employees are working on critical positions and their market demand is high then pay some more money to them as market corrections.
you can pay some money to all class of employees as variable pay. It depends upon the availability of fund in the organisation.
