Sir please explain different between company closure process and change management process . What will happen with permanent employee in both process?

Company closure is different from Change Management Process.
Company closure may be due to losses in business,product becoming outdated, dysfunctional or other reasons
Change Management Process is regarding Manuals of operating process or procedures which are related to Audit procedures in general.
But if you are intending to ask about change in terms and conditions of employment or work procedures,working conditions, they need to be intimated to the Factories/Labour departments through a notice to the concerned department before implementing.
