My gross salary is 12,000. My take home is 11,310. My PF+ESI cuttngs is 690. I put a one month leave in November. My next month salary was 10,620 with twice the PF and ESI cuttings (11,310-690=10,620). Does PF and ESI get deducted for next months salary along with that month's deductions?
