My gross salary is 12,000. My take home is 11,310. My PF+ESI cuttngs is 690. I put a one month leave in November. My next month salary was 10,620 with twice the PF and ESI cuttings (11,310-690=10,620). Does PF and ESI cuttings get deducted for next months salary along with that month's deductions?

If you were on approved leave with sufficient leave balance then you will be eligible for full month salary with statutory deductions on the same month. If you were on leave without pay then you will not be eligible for salary and statutory deduction for that particular month. However subsequent month onwards PF will be deducted once you report back.
