I am deputed to Aus, And signed an agreement before coming to Australia, it has mentioned that I can resign and server one month notice period or one month salary on the agreement, Whereas my Indian contract which was I signed when I was joining the Indian company and it's been more than 2 years, has 3 months notice period, but currently I am an employee of Australia and getting salary here, After my resignation, my Indian HR is asking me to come back to India which is not mentioned in any of the Agreement and asking me to serve the notice period in India for 2 months, The HR mentioning that your deputation will be cancelled after your resignation, But this point is nowhere mentioned in the agreement, How this will apply? is there any chances that my Indian contract applies by default when I resign?
