Hello, Can someone please share the incentive structure for a US Recruiter in their company?
Our company has hired me as their first US Recruiter in Bangalore. I am a Corporate/In-house recruiter for our hiring in US.
Since they are a consulting company and not a Staffing Company, they are under an impression that they are not required to have an Incentive plan for Recruiters.
Can someone share the US Recruitment incentive structure from their company? likes of Happiest Minds, Mphasis, Capgemini, Mindtree, or any other company etc. Thanks! Your inputs are appreciated.
