I have 4.3yrs of experience as a developer and I have changed only two companies. My old company experience is 3yrs but it not registered in MCA and i was getting the salary in cash, but I have offer letter, experience letter, increment letter and salary slips with me. Even some of the salary for 2-3 months was being paid to me by check.
I want to know that is my experience vaild or not. Will it be taken into consideration. The company was start-up company. I also have the working employees contact numbers.
