Now we wanted to takeover that plant & operate the same with a constraint that client can not further subleased that land to us only can rent.
1. If land is not subleased to us then what will be impact of regulatory approvals like Factory licence, Pollution consent/ Fire NOC etc? can we obtained plant operating permits easily with this constraint?
2. During project phase factory layout approval taken by our client but now for operational phase we wanted to obtain licence to run the factory so here ....Can Inspector of Factories provides us the operating licence for that Factory considering layout approval given to client & land not subleased to us.
3. Same question for Pollution Consent to Operate...like in project phase it was granted to our client now we wanted to operate.
4. If remaining 30 % construction we need to complete then does it attract any other kind of regulatory approvals amendment..
