Please help me ou out for The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970,The Apprentices Act, 1961 ,The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 for filling Annual Return is applicable for IT Company

Hi All ,
I am working in IT Company as HR Executive
We are not taking employee on contract , we are not providing apprenticeship.
Please let me know still we need to file annual return for the same and The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 and is this applicable for It Companies.
