I am accused employee for a sexsual harrasement case. Can I leave my company by sending a mail???

As you stated in your Post, "allegations" have been /leveled against you, therefore Now the Employer would issue Show Cause Letter/ Explanation Letter advising you to submit your Explanation in your defence on receipt of which, all connected Documents shall be forwrded to the Internal Committee of your Establishment to
1. Ascertain the Truth or Falsity about the " Allegations" and thereafter;
2. Submit Internal Committee's Report with Definite & Conclusive Findings;
3. For your Employer to take Disciplinary Action as required.
You should Appear before the Internal Committee on getting Notice/Intimition from the IC on theDate, Time and Place/Venue scehduled by the IC and avail Full and All Reasonable Opportunity given to you by your IC to defend the " Allegation" levelled against you which may include Witnesses and or Documentary Evidence you wish to produce in support of yourCase/Defence, Cross-Examination by you of the Witnesses &Evidence produced by the Aggrieved Woman Complainant.
You have No Option but to participate in the IC Proceedings as the Internal Committee is Empowered with the Powers of Civil Courts in India to " ENFORCE" presence before IC any Person during Inquiry into S H Complaints by them.
