Dear All,

We are facing a problem of digital signature in Shram Suvidha Portal for registration of PF/ESIC. While signing digitally we get the error of "Unable to launch the application" and in detail it shows that : The field <jnlp>has an invalid value:https, Java 1.4+ is required for HTTPS support.

We tried all the instructions and tried in all browsers like internet explorer, Mozilla and Chrome. We contacted Shram Suvidha Helpline on their email and also followed their instruction. They told us to do the below settings in Java:-

• (1) Go to Java Setting or (Type "Java Configure on your windows search box from Desktop”) on your system and click on security TAB.

• (2) Now Add Site in Exception Site List.

• (3)Now Add Site in Exception Site List.

Even after doing above settings the same error appears in system. Then again we wrote to them(Shram Suvidha). They told us do E-Sign.

While we trying to do E-Sign we are getting the error of

"HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error

Type Exception Report

Message Source '/opt/apache1/htdocs/USSP/app/webroot/common_registration' exists but is a directory

Description The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request."

This problem also we informed to them(Shram Suvidha). Again we got a mail from them saying that: Sir, I would like to inform you that aadhaar number does not have linked mobile number so that the error message on the screen. Kindly update you aadhaar number.

But Aadhar number is already updated in mobile. The E-sign link is giving the error as stated above.

Anyone who come across above problem or anyone who got solutions for the above, please help me.
