Hi, My name is mayur and I had worked with XXX as a control centre Incharge and I just wanted to know that I jonined with this organization on 08-05-2013,at that time company is handling the XXX project and YYY has given contract to ZZZ for manpower and that contract was closed at the end of 2014 and it has been given to AAA by YYY so I am on AAA payroll but at the end of 2016 the contract of YYY has been closed with XXX and it has been given to DDD and DDD has given the manpower contract to AAA so we are on AAA's payroll but at 15-08-2018 AAA's contract has been closed and DDD has given this contract to CCC and till April 2019 I worked on payroll of CCC so I wanted to know that If am I eligible for Gratuity or not and if not then please brief me

My understanding is as follows. Please do correct me if I am wrong.
You had initially been with Jay IT management from 08-05-2013 to the end of 2014.
From the beginning of 2015 to 15-08-2018 you had been with AGC and then from 16-08-2018 to April 2019 you had worked with Kavach security.
If the details are correct here, where you have been on the payroll of 3 different companies, then it seems there would be no eligibility for gratuity payment, as the criterion from what I recall is approximately 4 years and 240 calendar days for a 6 day work week organisation.

Ok thanks sir but sir I just wanted to know 1 question that in gratuity payroll company will consider or parent company?
