Dear Friends,
We want to appoint a new data entry operator. According to the latest labor rate data, entry operators fall under clerical work, which means they receive a skilled salary of 733. But what if the candidate is a graduate with 7 years of experience in this field? Should we pay them as "Highly skilled" or just "Skilled"?
This rule also applies to others. If someone has experience, how do we categorize them into the same slot? I am a little confused. Please help me with this.
Thank you.

Minimum wages and industry flexibility
Minimum wages stipulated by the government for industries require that the industry ensures the labor deployed receives an amount equivalent to the minimum wages set by the government. However, it is not specified that they should only receive the stipulated minimum wages and not a rupee higher. Industries and organizations have the freedom to pay wages higher than the government's stipulated minimum, but they must not pay less than the minimum amount required.
So, you can proceed with offering higher wages.
