My question is suppose employee salary is Rs.30,000 his PT will be Rs.200 and if he is present for only 10 days then his gross for that month will also decrease and let me know of PT will also be effected according to gross for that month or will it be the same as his pay structure.

You can very well restrict the PT based on actual gross salary payable for 10 days only.

Lets put it in a simpler way, if the said employee has worked for 1 day will he/she be asked to remit his full amount towards PF/PT etc.
Any statutory is payable on the base of earning of the employee of that particular month.
