Hi Seniors Can any one help me on one question please.
I joined recently one company who are into contract IT staffing and IT Services in which few are Permanent Employees and few consultant employees. We are paying PF and PT to Consultant Employees. Is it mandatory to registered under contract labor license registration for consultant employees.
Advise on procedure please.

How many employer do your company employ :- (a) As permanent employees .... ? (b) As consultant employees ... ? What is the nature of employment of consultant employees ? Are they retainer ?

Our company process for Permanent and Contract Positions ,now at present for 2 -3 Employers hiring is going on . All the contractual employees are under our payroll where we pay PF and PT as well.

There is a confusion. What I understand is that you have regular employees on a employees on contract employment basis. If I am correct, all these employees are on your rolls and they are being paid by your company directly. Which means they are all the employees of your company and there is no role of a contractor.
