Greetings my fellow HR professionals! I have 6.7 years of experience and am working with a company for the past five years as HR Sr.Executive. This company has another sister company which is into recruitment and staffing. I have been associated with both companies. Since I have spent five long years here, I'm looking for a job change right now and would like to continue my career as a HR Generalist.
Our company does not provide PF,ESI nor gratuity, and I do not have hands-on experience in handling these components of payroll. During my search for HR Generalist job opportunities, I have been rejected twice for having no experience in these payroll components. Can you please suggest some resources wherein I can update my knowledge regarding this and HR laws? Also will I be eligible for HR Generalist/HRBP positions as I have not worked on these payroll components?
