I want to issue a circular to all staff. Please help in this matter... about the subject and other..

Dear Nahidanjum,
How many employees work in your company and how many employees are expected to mark CC or BCC of their email to the Director? If everybody dutifully starts marking the CC or BCC of the mail to the Director then how many emails the Director will receive per day? Will it clog his inbox unnecessarily?
Rather than issuing the general notice to mark CC of BCC of all the correspondence, let the Director identify the issues that merit his attention. Let only those emails be marked to him/her. Otherwise, your Director may create a format of the report that needs to be sent by each HOD every week or fortnight or month or quarter.
Rather than using email communication, is it possible to use the Google Docs, Google Sheets etc and make the Director collaborator? Suppose the Director wanted to know daily sales then rather than receiving mail, the sales or any other department just have to create the Google sheet with access to the Director. The Director can monitor remotely also. This will reduce the time spent in the correspondence.
Managers of the 21st century are victims of information overload. They need to learn how to separate the wheat from the chaff. Else in the zeal to receive the information from all the sources, The Director may overlook the vital information and it may prove to be costly.
