As an Employee benefit part, i am planning to suggest my top management for Sodexo meal cards should be given to employees as a part of Employee recognition & rewards. I have read a lot of articles about the Sodexo Meal Cards, but i am not able to get the Clear idea about it. So, kindly guide me as this is the additional cost to company, how should i pitch this to management and what are the pros & cons of this Meal card if issued to employees.
