My name is Rashmi. I have completed MBA in HR. I am a fresher. After doing internship in recruitment, i understood that my interest is in HR generalist profile. I tried attending various interviews. But all are asking for 2-3 years of experience as a generalist. Without any option i had to join the company for the post of IT recruiter. Only recruitment experience will not be considered for generalist profile as the company wants hands on experience as a generalist. So how will i get the job as HR generalist when no company is hiring fresher for Generalist profile???
