Dear All, Is it mandatory that we need to maintain a hardcopy of the pay slip every month self signed by the employee as per the shop & estb. Act.
IT/BPO/software companies I have not seen the HR department maintaining a hardcopy of the pay slip self signed by employees on month basis. No such process followed.
Please share the guidelines and procedures to be followed to avoid any penalties and jail from the government.
