Dear Respected Members/Moderators,
I am a working professional in mixed kind of role from the very beginning of my career in HR, IR, Administration and Corporate Services and now I landed to 9th year of my journey designated Assistant Manager. Seeing the journey sometimes gives me pain with respect to my education and perks I am getting now, I am just a BA graduate and earning 5.5LPA which started from mere 0.84LPA whereas my ex-colleague's earning have gone to multiple to of that time and four times to my current package in fact at a time our perks are almost equal or in some cases lesser than mine. All they had is just a professional degree/MBA backing.
I need your kind suggestions to how to come over to this and pursue quality higher education while in work with limited budget and what chances do I have if I continue to go with same pace. last year I switched to 5th organisation of my career taking just 9% hike that is also on the third party role/offrole. 4 out 5 I was in off role position only.
P.S.: Reviews of my previous managers are like I am good at my work and super quick learner but whatever I learnt till today is just by experience only without Paper to backup my qualification and I am really serious to go further in same field only.
Regards,
Ravi
