In my company there is already registered one contract labour for the house keeping as per contract act we are filling returns to the labour office with mentioning the above contractor. now we have hired 6 to 8 labour from the outside for the civil work just for ten to twenty days work my question is should we have to mention this hired person in the return ?

Contract labour licence applicability
Hi all we are providing house keeping services to some educational institutes but during the visit of the alc to the field. he has adviced us to get contract labour licence saying that we have employed more than 15 employees but it is not exceeded above 20 during the preceeding year. so i request citehr members to clarify me whether the applicability of contract labour licence in karnataka is for 15 employees or 20 employees.
