I am writing an article on how HR looks at human resources who mention that they are active volunteers in their resume?
I would like HR recruiters to answer the following:
1. If a resume mentions that they are into volunteering work for social good - does the candidate get an advantage?
2. How attributes or qualities or impression do you infer when a candidates mentions that he does volunteering work in his free time?
