Suppose the employee left the organization in July, then should the bonus be paid along with Full and Final or we should pay at the time of Diwali to that employee? Thanks!!

As per the Act, if any employee works for minimum one month, he is eligible to receive bonus.
Accordingly you may disburse bonus amount to the left employee. You can pay bonus to him, after disbursement of bonus amount to your current employees.
