First of all report to your designated ESI dispensary/hospital, obtain proper report, and apply to your employer attaching the medical certificate issued by them. You are eligible for salary during pre-natal & post natal leave spells, don't worry, relax, everything will be alright. Just follow the procedures as discussed in the above link.
I'm not aware how best your ESI hospital equipped with to handle delivery cases. Pl.ascertain reliable info and take careful decision. Any specific query pl.ask here.
