Dear Friends, As i am going to newly apply for IF OT, Payslip, and Muster roll exemption so what is the procedure i have to do in next level, now i have pay slip model copy. what else next level i will move kindly advice pls to do my assignment.

Exemption under Factories Act / Payment of wages Act is given on a clear proof of maintaining some other format. All the details required in the OT, Pay Slip, are maintained, in some other format, or on electronic data, and should be made available to workmen in time.
If you can prove your electronics data format printout, contains the particular required to be maintained, then take a print out, and with a covering letter to Chief Inspector of Factories for exemption, with required stamp fee affixed on the covering note.
