I am trying to promote the usage of English Language in my organization with the help of Language Classes, Practice Tests, Fun Activities, etc., however, I am not able to find out the way to check the usage by the employees.
For E.g., In few departments, employees learnt language, but being in HR, how I can be assured that they are using the language in their meetings, day to day work, etc.
Do anyone have any suggestions/ ideas for the same? Please share, it will be really beneficial
