Dear CiteHR, We are planning to launch a program where we will be hiring Retired staff ( age 65+ ) in our company for two reasons :
1- Giving back to our community.
2- Gaining experience from their knowledge.
our industry is a payment gateway, and we have 3 functional department ( Sales , Social Media, Business Development )
I need your recommendations on how we can utilise them for the above departments.
