My name is bhavana HR in EPC (engineering, procurement & consultancy) categorized company. Majorly our engineers 90% work at sites and out side. so i want to take attendance daily based upon their work reports and leaves application and also i want to take workers attendance from them. So, Here please any one tell me how to track attendance (in excel format present we are not using any software for attendance)for this type of employees or Organisation accurately along with workers attendance.
