I am in need Termination letter for employee with casual approach . Please help me out.

First of all your question is very casual ! without any brief and background of the employee whom you want to terminate.
In disciplinary process there are many stages involved and just like that you cannot show exit door to your employee permanently.
Please re post the question with full details like :
Your nature of industry
Whether registered Union is there or not
Whether have certified Standing Order/following Model Standing Orders.
That particular employee is exhibiting casual attitude towards his/her Superior or Subordinates or Clients?
How his/her casual attitude had a impact on the work environment/business of the company ?
Whether any counseling/oral warning given already
Any prior warning letters issued.
Without any details it would be tough for all the members to help you with a draft of termination.

In continuation to what Lakshmanan has said, I would say that the charge against the employee is not specific but that itself is very casual. If you give a charge sheet that you have been very casual in approach, and in reply to that he replies the charge itself is casual, how can you proceed?
The charge should be specific and quantifiable. There should be a clear definition to the misconduct, ' casual approach". otherwise, you should elaborate it with what that employee did .......on .........(date) at .....(time) and what loss the company had due to this behaviour.

I agree with the above comments that more information is needed to give you a reasonable example. You will need to edit which benefits apply if any and what normal termination policy is of your company.
But just a vague example to start with would be something within the format of :
Termination Without Cause Example Letter
Dear [Employee Name],
I regret to inform you that your employment with (business) is terminated effective [date].
Your final paycheck, including accrued but unused vacation leave, is enclosed with this letter.
Your health insurance benefits will continue through (date). Your rights to continue coverage under (insurance co.) will be provided to you by mail from our plan administrator.
Please contact me at (phone#) or (email) should you have any questions.

In the querry you have not mentioned the length of service of employee concerned.
Company can not terminate a permanent employee "just like that". Please elaborate
in detail about the details of offences/misconducts committed by him based on which
a proper draft shall be prepared.
