There is no format for any notice / information to employees. What ever management wants to communicate is to be communicated in a language known to / by most of the employees . In general the content, to be simple / soft and communicative and adaptable , so that it creates a dent in the employee behavior inside the shop floor, which is required. Smoking or use of tobacco material in any method inside shop floor should be prohibited. Always see that what we communicate / rule, should be common for all employees from President to Helper. There can not be any exemption / discretion, in establishing discipline inside the shop floor / Factory premises.
