Hello, My query is that I have been working with a pvt ltd company for 6 months. I had a dispute with my management in written email regarding salary.
After which the director put allegations on me of non performance and creating losses and etc. In response to which with proof I responded and proved my self. Also proved the allegations baseless and fake. The director had also to mentally harass me decreased the salary of mine from the next month (within 23 days).
Which is no where in the policy of the company. After proving my self and proving that I am being mentally harassed and put blames on now they have sent me an email to discontinue my services with immediate effect.
They have offered to pay me salary until the last working date and also 1 month basic salary.
1. Now I would like to ask what can be done in this matter.
2. Can they pay me only basic salary or will they have to pay me gross salary? (As their policy says basic salary in lieu of termination)
When this is clearly not termination, and it is discontinuation of my job without any reason. Also no meetings were arranged with the HR even after asked for. No actions were taken against one of the directors even after discrimination and misuse of power and breaking of Hr policy by the director.
Please guide me on the same.

Hi,
Happened is happened,as you have yourself told you had a fall out with the boss, why do you want to continue with the same employer when he is willing to pay you notice pay and relieve you.
They may not pay you gross as the derivables may also vary.
