Hello, I'm in HR Operations department in IT Company.
We have rule of probation like other company and during that period we do not allow any paid leave. Many of my employees are taking multiple leave like 4-5 leaves in every month and giving the reason of health, though i'm deducting their salary for leave but that is also not affecting them. As their performance are good we are unable to terminate them , what action should be taken to stop their indiscipline
