Dear Sir, I have one Query .
My friend working in private limited company last two years , before one month his boss left the organization and new boss joined after that his new boss offers him to accept transfer letter (out of State) or submit resignation without any kind of region. My friend deny this offer and then new boss next day close his gate or circulate mail to all this employee is terminate.
Please guide this is legal or not , if not then what kind of action he need to take .

You ought to have mentioned the nature of your friend's job position. Whether he was in the status of workman covered under the Industrial disputes Act, 1947 or in supervisory/managerial cadre. Whatever it be, from the facts you furnished, it is an illegal termination. If it was workman's cadre he can raise a dispute under the IDAct. If not, he can file a CIvil Suit against the wrongful termination and claim damages for breach of the contract of employment.
